YYL(W)-Oil fuel gas organic heat carrier furnace

Features

Use oil (gas) as fuel and heat transfer oil as the medium. The hot oil circulating oil pump is used to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. Working temperature, and can carry out high-precision control of the operation of the medium. The system has a high heat utilization rate. Due to the integral installation of the modules, it is convenient to operate and maintain. It is a safe, efficient and energy-saving ideal heating equipment. The fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the combustor and the high temperature flame enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface, and enters the interlayer area of the inner, middle and outer pipes through the rear of the inner coil to rotate 180° forward to form a convective heating surface. Then enter the second interlayer area of the middle and outer coils at the upper part of the interlayer, and exhaust into the atmosphere at the back of the second interlayer area to the chimney.
