Installation and use of reactor agitator

1. When the kettle body is transported and installed in place, avoid damaging the magnetic stirrer on the upper part of the kettle cover. The operation room of the reaction kettle is required to be well ventilated and meet the explosion-proof requirements. Install the equipment on the support, and level the four supports with inclined irons to keep the equipment vertical to the ground. The equipment with inflammable and explosive reaction medium should be installed with anti-static grounding device to eliminate the hidden danger of static electricity.

2. According to the reactor medium, design pressure and design temperature, select matching gaskets. Seal gaskets should be installed between the kettle body and the kettle cover, the magnetic stirrer and the kettle cover, and the pipe flanges, and the bolts should be tightened again. When tightening the bolts, the bolts should be evenly tightened according to the principle of diagonal distribution, and the bolts should be tightened in 2 to 3 times to prevent the bolts from going up and damaging the gasket and affecting the sealing effect.

3. Add No. 13 compressor oil or No. 46 mechanical oil to the oil tank of the reducer. The oil level should be added to the specified mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. If the temperature in winter is low, the phase should be replaced according to the actual local conditions. Applicable mechanical oil.

4. If it is a high-temperature, high-speed magnetic stirrer, add lubricating oil to the oil injection port of the bearing before use. In the future use process, add lubricating oil from the oil injection hole regularly, and tighten the plug after filling.

5. Before starting the reactor stirrer equipment, pass cooling water into the outer water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. The lower end is the water inlet and the upper end is the water outlet. A separate cooling water system should be used, and cooling water is not allowed to be cooled in the kettle. The coil pipe then enters the cooling water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. When the stirrer is turned on, adjust the water pressure so that the upper water outlet of the upper water outlet can be slightly overflowed. Do not adjust the water pressure to avoid water If the pressure is too high, the water will be pressed into the gear box in the reducer.

In order to ensure the service life of the bearings installed inside the kettle, there is a cooling water jacket outside the kettle that supports the stirring shaft. If the equipment is used at a high temperature, the cooling water should be circulated to lower the temperature, and the water inlet and outlet should not be installed reversely.

6. The equipment supporting control cabinet and frequency converter should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated, separate electrical control workshop.

7. Before starting the agitator of the reactor, confirm whether the reducer has been added with the corresponding mechanical oil, then fold down the motor cap, rotate the motor fan blades by hand, and confirm whether the agitating shaft in the kettle is running in the forward direction. Continue to rotate the fan blades until the stirring shaft in the kettle makes one revolution. During the rotation, carefully listen to whether there is any abnormal sound inside the magnetic stirrer. If there is no abnormality, start the motor and observe the forward and reverse rotation of the stirring shaft in the kettle. For reverse rotation, readjust the wiring of the motor or adjust the frequency converter.

8. When the stirring speed of the equipment is greater than 80r/min, the motor cannot be started directly at the working speed, and the stirring speed must be increased slowly by the frequency converter. Otherwise, the resistance of the stirrer is too large, causing the magnetic stirrer to be overloaded, causing damage to the stirrer or burning the motor.

9. After the above-mentioned work is completed, conduct a tightness test according to the working pressure, and pass in inert gas to maintain the pressure for 15 to 30 minutes, and check whether the overall equipment is leaking. If there is no leak, it can be put into production.

10. When all valves are in use, they should not be closed too sharply to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

11. After feeding, the pressure rise must be carried out slowly. In the same way, the pressure in the kettle should also be gradually reduced when the pressure is reduced.

12. Due to the harsh working environment of the reactor, the service life of bearings and sleeves will be seriously affected. If abnormal friction or vibration occurs during normal operation of the equipment, it indicates that the friction gap between bearings or sleeves is too large and needs to be replaced immediately.

13. The blasting release device shall be tested to ensure its accurate and reliable work. The working environment of the equipment shall meet the requirements of safety technical specifications.

14. When installing, connect the blasting vent directly to the outdoors through the pipeline!

15. When the stainless steel reaction kettle with magnetic stirrer is out of service for a long time, the inside and outside of the kettle should be cleaned and wiped without water and other materials, especially in colder areas when the equipment is not used in winter, drain all the water.
